How to install Ivideon Client Application to view CCTV footage

We have an issue with certain CCTV cameras not displaying the footage for a couple of reasons (browser / laptop).

The workaround is to install the Ivideon Client application which will allow you to view the footage which previously you could not view.

Browse to https://www.ivideon.com/downloads/ and download the Ivideon Client (Windows 64-bit) application

Move file to c:\temp and run from there. Installing the application is straightforward, select English for language, next, then install, accepting all defaults, click finish once complete.

To use the application you will need to already have a login to the system.
