Finding the owner of an MS Form

Open the link to the form in question in your preferred browser and hit F12 to bring up the dev tools (I’ve used Edge in this instance so your screen may differ to the image below)

Navigate to the network tab(1) and locate the ResponsePageStartup.ashx file(2) in the left-hand pane, and then select the Response(3) header in the console. You can then scroll down and locate the form owners “ownerId”(4) reference, this can then be searched for in Entra to identify who owns the form.
