PIM Role – SharePoint Administrator
Procedure
Go to https://lancastercc-admin.sharepoint.com/_layouts/15/tenantprofileadmin/ProfMngr.aspx?ConsoleView=Active&ProfileType=User
Log in using your @lancastercc.onmicrosoft.com account
Search for user whose OneDrive you want to give access to
Click the users account name and select “Manage site collections owners”
Add the use who requires access to the “Site Collection Administrators” section and click OK
