Importing UC Payments into Ohms

Download Payment Statement from UC Landlord Portal

Go to Payments, Download Statements

Enter applicable date range (Day after previous download dates to current day - If you do not know the last download date, add a few days or weeks)

Click Download

Upload Data to Import Folder

Copy the downloaded CSV file to \\schedtasks01\UCPayments$

Upload Confirmation

The import process runs every hour 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. If data is detected and imported, a confirmation email is sent to <Insert CH IM Team Email once confirmed).

Data is taken from the Ohms database and uploaded to Mobysoft on a Monday night/Tuesday morning. Manual imports can be requested in case of delayed imports or bank holidays etc
